Since 1968, Franco Niosi, co-founder of Carmec Logistica, has demonstrated foresight and audacity, entering a market that was unknown but rapidly expanding. Together with a team of workers, some of whom are still employed by the company, he personally built the brick dies, responding to the requests of over 50 furnaces in the area.

In 1994, after the death of their father, his two sons, Francesco Paolo and Giuseppe, who had already been actively working in the company since 1986, took over the reins of management.
