CarMec Logistica has always been at the forefront in the design and construction of supply chains of all sizes, responding to the demands of a rapidly expanding market.
We offer customized products based on performance requirements and materials used, ensuring a tailor-made service for each customer.
Our specialization also extends to wide-exit dies, equipped with externally adjustable cones and brakes. This allows for a regular drawing, greater mechanical resistance of the extruded product, and significant production increases with optimized costs, thanks to the high number of exits.
Over the years, we have also developed thin-septa dies, compliant with Italian and European regulations on energy saving. These dies, with high performance and advanced technical features, are designed to ensure high smoothness of the clay, allowing a uniform flow without creating tension and maintaining low energy consumption.
Collaboration with Customers
This allows us to know in real time the problems related to the extrusion of each individual die and to intervene quickly during the testing phase or during production in the furnace.
We maintain a faithful reproduction of the extrusion and an assembly template for each die produced, which allow us to supply the same product without having to send it back to our headquarters. Thanks to the continuous training and updating of highly qualified personnel, we are able to guarantee rapid interventions, reducing downtime to a minimum.
Tailor-made products for every need
Our strength lies in our ability to offer customized products, designed and manufactured on a case-by-case basis, based on specific production needs, the characteristics of the raw material and our customers’ machinery. Despite having a cutting-edge machine park, we maintain an artisanal approach in the care of each individual supply chain.
Our technical office guarantees a high-quality product, studied, designed and manufactured internally with certified and traceable raw materials, coming from Italian and European suppliers. The attention to precision during all processing phases, especially in the calibration of the drawing thicknesses, distinguishes us on the market.
All the support bridges of the extruding parts are made in our workshop, using first choice materials and special welding to resist wear and heavy stress. Furthermore, parts subject to abrasion, such as dowels and frames, can be made of high-strength materials (hardened steels, chromium plating and ceramic) to ensure greater durability.
Quality of Materials
We pay particular attention to precision in drawing thicknesses and the creation of extruding bridges with top-quality materials and special welding, to guarantee the resistance and durability of the product. Components subject to wear, such as plugs and frames, can be made with high-resistance materials, according to customer needs.
Over time, we have streamlined the management and maintenance procedures of the dies, offering modular components and cones or brakes with external adjustment, with individually replaceable elements.
